The rooms were all beautifully decorated and reasonably large with a fireplace. The location was great, at a short distance from Cliff Walk Walkway.

It was a marvellous and favourable location for us, close to waterfront, parks, museums, restaurants, the center of the town, and the beach and the mansions and the wharfs and shops. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Griswolds Tavern.
Pity, but the beds were quite hard.

The hotel's location was central, within walking distance of the downtown area. The staff served muffins, pastries, and fruit for breakfast.

The hotel was an interesting place for enjoying a really quiet area, next to the lovely garden, the downtown area and waterfront, parks, museums, restaurants. We loved the a double room which was cozy with character.
